My Greatest Dream
I wanted to become a medical transcriptionist in a sense that I find this career very interesting and challenging and I know that it would provide me and my family a brighter future. Aside from the fact that I wanted to get into the industry for money, is that it’s my greatest dream to be a part of the health care team. I am definitely confident that I have the capability of doing my job well and that the knowledge I have learned from my four years in pharmacy could be a great help to me. Actually, I first read about this career during freshmen year in the college of pharmacy and it caught my attention. In fact, I tried to ask my sister if its okay if I were to undergo training for MT, but just as expected my sister didn’t permit me to do so considering that I was enrolled in the college of pharmacy at that time; though sad to say I was not able to finish it due to some circumstances that I encountered. Aside from the reason mentioned of why I wanted to be in the MT industry is that I want to prove to my parents and siblings that behind the ruined failures there is still success and a brighter future ahead of me. I can have that because I am determined enough and I know what I want to be. I do want to train to be an MT but I can’t really do it because I’m not financially stable until I read the information on my chance through an availing scholarship. Being a mother of two kids of course the main reason why I wanted to work in the MT industry is the flexibility to work from home and spend more time with my family. And that would make it possible for me to pursue the degree of pharmacy wherein I believe that it would also be a great help for me towards the practice of MT. I saw great chances for me to prove to my family that I really have the ability and capability of doing things. I am very interested in training with future MT because I believe that it would provide me everything I need to learn and enable me to practice medical transcription. The knowledge I had learned is not enough and proper online medical transcriptionist training is necessary before getting into the industry. I feel hopeless that I can find a good job so that I can provide the needs of my family, until I read information that your good office is offering scholarship for MT. I am very interested because I saw an opportunity for me to fulfill my dreams. I saw a brighter future for my family with this training. Like any other individual, I wanted to see myself successfully working in the MT industry and at the same time earn the degree of pharmacy. So hopefully I’ll be one of those lucky individuals who will be granted the scholarship. And I do promise that if your good office grants me the scholarship it will not be wasted away. I am willing to face whatever task that I may encounter, I am willing to be taught and be corrected and learn. Thank you and more power. God Bless.
