My New Improved Life
I have always wanted to be in the medical field, but I just never knew what I wanted to do. I took an LNA course but have been looked down on because I do not have enough experience. Most of the facilities tell me you need at least a year of experience if not more. So now I am back at a dead end job and I’M SICK OF IT! As I was reading up on being a medical transcriptionist, I was thinking about what I’d be doing a year down the road without it and I didn’t like what I saw. I saw myself at a dead end job and not happy! Once I saw myself with the MT job, I loved what I was doing. I was sitting at home working as an MT and playing with kids in a great house with my husband and just enjoying my life. Then I started to see myself 5 years down the road and I was still happy with the online transcriptionist job still staying at home with the kids and my husband didn’t have to worry about money or working as hard as he is. We looked as if something finally was good in our lives. We didn’t have to live pay check to pay check and we were on our own with our own great looking house and children. I never knew just how much I would need this great opportunity, not only for me, but for my husband. I was curious to see how we would be in 10 years from the five year mark. So I sat down and shut my eyes at work and saw myself with a great job as an MT with a great husband still working himself. Just being a normal family without having to worry about money issues or losing our jobs for some reason or another. Now-a-days with the economy, you can never be too sure just how long you will have your job. As I was sitting there reading on this job, I loved what you could do like have so many opportunities that you wouldn’t have with just a regular High School Diploma. I mean you can work in a hospital, clinic or even stay at home plus much more! Also when reading on this, I just loved the fact that you can do the course right at home which is very convenient for me because I am a part-time worker. I can do homework whenever there’s no customers or at home when there is nothing else to do. This is just one opportunity I can’t let by me. Also MT means a lot to me because I can finally answer the question ” So what do you do for work?”. I can finally say, ”Oh, well, that’s an easy one. I’m a medical transciptionist.” If I could get this free tuition I could finally get going on my new improved life!
