Seeking To Be an MT at My Own Pace
As a medical transcriptionist, I can gain knowledge of the medical industry and its terminology as I have some knowledge. It is a very interesting field of study. As for my own personal experience, I have taken care of my mom for the last six years of her life as it was on a 24/7 time line. I have put her above all my future plans as at that time, I was admitted to medical school in Chicago but turned it down as my mom came first. One can gain knowledge of what goes on in an examination room in a hospital as well as in a clinic. We will play an important role in the medical industry as well as being an important asset to the medical profession. We have to be precise and very attentive as well as grammar limited from mistakes.
I would like to train as a medical transcriptionist because I am comfortable with the terminology aa I have prepared myself with my free time in studying portions of the medical acronyms and synonyms. I have played online games with medical terminology as a means of alleviating stress while taking care of my mom. As I can recall, if I had to do my life over again, I would not change it whatsoever as I will never hesitate to say no to my mom as she has taken care of me when I was a baby and now it was her turn. I also had the opportunity to complete my BA Degree at the same time. I would like to receive training as an MT and hopefully land a job where I can work from home on a stress free environment and perhaps own my own business as an MT. Life has been good to me as I cannot complain. I am satisfied with what I have accomplished thus far as my education is concerned. But with this MT training at my own pace, it would be a complete satisfaction as I can still be a part of the medical world and be an important asset to any hospital or clinic and my mom. may she rest in peace, would be very happy and proud of me for my accomplishments. I am not a greedy person in life to have or want something for free but it is that I cannot afford this tuition at this time.
To become an MT and study at my own pace is such a wonderful thing for me at this time as I can improve my medical knowledge and help others at the same time. What a great pair that would go hand in hand. My knowledge and place a smile on someones face, lets me know that I am doing something positive in this world. I belong in this world as I am and will be a productive person in life. I am counting the hours and minutes and seconds to see a smile on someones face as I see a smile on your face as you read this essay.
