Taking Care of My Family

I have wanted to obtain training for medical transcription jobs at home for many years now. I have sought after other programs in the past only to find that the program was just a scam to sell a package that you need to figure out on your own. No training as promised. Ten years ago, my husband and I built our dream home. Enough room for our 3 children to spread out and invite all their friends over in a way that any sane adult could tolerate. Two years into the mortgage my husband’s company began the downsizing and his salary was literally cut in half. Then came the next insult for him: Surgery on his foot which turned into a staff infection, bone infection and a systemic infection that almost took his life. As with other struggling Americans, our dream home turned into a nightmare to make the payments on because we were now a one income family. My children were still pretty young at this point, with the oldest just starting high school. To get ahead at work, I had to leave my family for 3 months. This was a real struggle for my children as I had always been a real hands-on mom that was always there for them. I did get ahead at work, but as many others find out, being ahead at your job is not always what it is cracked up to be. Five years later, I am working 70 hour weeks, my husband is on disability and we are still struggling to make those dream home payments. The MT industry seems to be something that would allow me the flexibility to build to an income that would support my family and allow me to be part of my family again. I currently commute two hours a day and really would like to be home instead of spending more time with coworkers every week than my family. After reviewing your information about your training, I feel your course would be a fantastic way for me to get started in the MT industry. I think the Future MT program would afford me the training needed to learn the craft and the support needed to get started. In other words, it would give me the guidance to become successful, instead of being left to reinvent the wheel. The appeal of the continued support to find the work at home jobs that are available is comforting after being left to struggle on my own, as so many other courses and programs are doing. I am endeavoring to delve into a profession that will afford me the income needed and the flexibility to spend more time with my family. I now have a special needs child and not being there ten hours a day is really taking a negative toll on his development. In the next 5 years, I would like to see myself learn the MT industry and replace the income I now earn with my full-time job so that I can be a stay-at-home mom again. After 10 years, I would like to be able to apply my knowledge and training and branch out to building my work at home job into a small company that I could build a nest egg to retire with. I am not looking for a get rich scheme but rather training that will allow me to legitimately work from home so that I can take care of the most important things in life—family.
